![]() Susheela Kundargi, the mind behind Soul Method Healing. Her name, meaning "good-humoured" in her father's language, reflects her personality and approach to life. Although she initially pursued a career as a designer/artist and entrepreneur, Susheela has always been fascinated by alternative healing, teaching and learning methods.
Drawing on traditional psychology, Susheela incorporates a range of modalities, including EFT, Ho'oponopono, shamanism, NLP, hypnosis, the Law of Attraction, art therapy, and farm/horticulture therapy, to help her clients overcome persistent blocks more effectively and efficiently. After discovering EFT and successfully overcoming her own challenges, Susheela has combined various modalities to create a unique approach that consistently yields impressive results. Her intuitive nature and deep understanding of human behaviour have been instrumental in the success of her clients, who often express surprise and delight at how quickly they are restored to their optimal selves. Susheela's thirst for knowledge and passion for learning have led her to explore a range of topics, including neuroplasticity, human behavioural biology, quantum physics, and organic & biodynamic farming. In recent years, she has shifted her focus to the benefits of returning to nature, gardening, and agriculture, which have become an integral part of her lifestyle. Susheela has been facilitating two online drop-in groups titled "Blast Your Blocks with EFT" and "Tarot as a Tool for Self-Actualization" since 2021. She launched a 4-week edition called "Blast Your Blocks - Money & Abundance" in the summer of 2023 and ran it again in 2024. In the coming year, Susheela will launch a retreat in a rural setting, where she will host in-person workshops. She aims to create a space where individuals can experiment and research alternative energy and organic agriculture. To learn more about the future farm retreat, visit her "vision board website" that she and her partner are developing: The Healing Place - Tsi-Tesakotitsén:tha www.landbasedhealing.com |

- Tarot as a Tool for Self-Actualization
Weekly online drop-in.
Whether we consciously hone our intuition, stumble upon it as we would a tree root across a forest path, or instinctually rely on it – the tarot can be an enlightening tool filled with insight and illumination. We can attune ourselves to symbols, archetypes, and idioms, much in the way dream interpretation works and compare a variety of tarot decks for a weekly single card message. As a collective, how might we navigate the week ahead, listen more attentively to our inner guidance, be open to following our creative path, and how can we live our best life?
Thursdays at 5 pm (PST) - Via Zoom - This class is a drop-in. The card of the week is chosen based on the collective energies, often impacted by astrological cycles as well. - Blast Your Blocks with EFT!
Weekly online drop-in.
Ever wonder what long-standing blocks are holding us back and how to clear them? Once we clear them, what’s going to live in their place? We’ve grown accustomed to our negative patterns, habits, and feelings for many of us — and although we want to change, we also enjoy the comfort of keeping them around.
Every week, let’s address a collective issue or block, then blast it out so we can create a smoother (or fantastic!) week ahead. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping) is an incredibly efficient delivery mechanism for clearing stuck issues and manifesting desirable ones. It relies on the mind-body connection and uses the body’s energy meridians & NLP (neurolinguistic programming). Learn to activate, release, and level-up your vibe!
Tuesdays at 5 pm (PST) - Via Zoom This class is a drop-in. The issues we address to clear are usually related to the card of the week from the Thursday class, based on the collective energies, or what is going on with group member that week. You do not need to be in the Thursday class to benefit from this class. - Blast Your Money & Abundance Blocks
4-week live online class.
The purpose of this 4-week course* is to help clear as many limiting beliefs you have that might be standing in the way of your prosperity and abundance. In addition, by showing up weekly and participating in the group with personal sharing and the EFT/Tapping, you are creating new habits and patterns conducive to a strong, healthier relationship with money. This positively impacts your well-being by affording you more freedom to fulfill your life’s goals.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and acupressure points to help clear limiting beliefs and patterns, anchoring new possibilities that the critical thinking part of the brain can accept while reconfiguring beliefs and habits deep within the subconscious.
Each week consists of a variety of self-assessment excises, journalling, commitment to a new habit, and group participation in the class and the Beta Facebook group.
By the end of the four weeks, you should feel a significant shift in your beliefs about money, prosperity, and abundance, which will set you on your way to manifesting a life in which you feel more self-reliant and happy.
